This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Taking up a newly created position, supporting the expansion of eSmart Networks, the Framework Manager will lead, manage and develop an operational programme of work in line with the Company’s Strategy and Values.

You will be responsible for ensuring Company policies are implemented, monitored and audited, ensuring resources are adequate for the workload, engaging in business improvement programmes and establishing and meeting customer needs. Does this sound like you?

So, what will you be doing?
As well as driving a positive H&S culture and taking a pro-active approach in developing eSmart Networks service offering, you will also contribute as a member of the management team in the development of company strategy and to the Business Plan.

As a leader, you will encourage team involvement in, and ownership of, the Company Business aims, business plan and continued business improvement/change programmes.  You will ensure clear roles and responsibilities are understood throughout the team and hold people properly accountable for their work.

You will also:

  • Monitor performance and safety requirements regularly and implement improvements.
  • Operate in line with Company policies and strategies and be proactive in promoting improvement locally.
  • Reporting of KPI’s to Senior Management Team identifying Root Cause Analysis to improve performance.
  • Review the workload to ensure the correct resources are in place, support the recruitment of the project delivery team.
  • Develop, maintain and measure performance against agreed KPI’s and SLA’s

Of course, this does not cover the full remit of the role, however, this will give you a flavour of what to expect.

The Person:
Ensuring a high level of customer services if offered, you will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of key projects.  Your understanding of customer service and its impact on business growth will be a key part to the success of this role.

Skilled in the successful management, supervision and planning of multiple utility projects, you will have the ability to work as part of a highly focused team to meet deadlines and to work with others to achieve shared goals.

Alongside the above you will also possess:

  • The ability to analyse performance data to recognise trends and implement development plans.
  • The ability to work on own initiative with a self-motivated approach.
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • The ability to develop and mentor others.

Skills & Experience:
To be successful within this role, you will have previous experience in a Framework Management position and have a proven history in Project/Programme Management.  You will be experienced in change management activities with the ability to communicate across the client organisation.

You will be experienced in:

  • Reducing cost and maximise value and profit
  • Ensure effective planning at all stages of project in accordance with IMS and Commercial Plans
  • Setting clear measurable targets for performance expectations
  • Manage risk throughout the life cycle of a project Ensure that all projects use programming as a key management
  • Identifying, monitoring and reducing waste in all activities.
  • Identifying and reacting swiftly to resolving problems before they escalate.

eSmart Networks, our Energy Transition business, provides public electric vehicle charging, industrial electrification and renewable energy connections.
